Decent, but could improve shipping

I purchased an 'أوقية عود' and a 'مبخرة خشبية'. The oud itself was quite good, and the quality was as expected. The mabkhara is also solid. However, the shipping took a bit longer than I anticipated, about 6 days, and the tracking updates weren't always clear. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, which helped. Overall, a positive experience, but faster shipping would make it even better.

Solid experience, good product

I ordered a 'دهن عود قديم' and some 'رقائق العود'. The ordering process on their website was straightforward, no hiccups there. It arrived in about 5 days, which is reasonable. The packaging was secure, and the items were well-protected. The دهن عود has a rich, deep scent, just what I was looking for. The رقائق العود also burned nicely without a harsh smell. Yeah, internationally it's not super fast. Mine got to Texas in about 8 days, so expect a little wait, but it's worth it.

Oud Aldhaif's Maroki is really good for the price point, I think. Arabian Oud is super established, but sometimes you pay a premium for the brand name. I'd say Oud Aldhaif is solid quality.

I've tried both. Oud Aldhaif feels a bit more 'boutique' and sometimes you find unique pieces. Arabian Oud is more mainstream. For raw oud, I've been really happy with Aldhaif's quality and potency.

I don't think they do COD if you're outside of Saudi. I've always paid with card online. Check their FAQs, but pretty sure it's card or bank transfer.

Nah, pretty sure COD is only for local orders. For international, it's card payment usually. I used PayPal last time.

From my experience, their stuff is legit. I got some Maroki oud and it smelled super authentic, not like those cheap imitations. They claim 100% natural.

Yeah, I've bought from them a few times. Never had an issue with authenticity. You can tell it's real oud by the way it burns and the scent.
